The Great Balancing Act

Feeling truly alive only in nature. Partaking in its infinite beauty in wondrous amazement. Where my heart is and where my love grows. interconnected and boundlessly loved. How does one explain that only the Mother can restore our weary souls and mend our broken spirits? HE loves her and their love inspires the seeds to sprout, the flowers to bloom, the birds to fly and the fish to swim. Why does it not inspire US to commune with it in order to feel closer to the divine? For only through nature will we find the missing void that has filled modern civilization. In the land of bears and rivers I lost the ghost of my past and was born anew with an understanding of the simple truth that shall forever remain. Get found in the horizon and understand what the eyes see at the spiritual level. What the eyes see is limited to the very scarce reality we have chosen to accept, and, by doing so, we have neglected the fundamental nature of everything that is and as it should be: Untempered.

Man's desire to manufacture a world of his own has led them down a path that does not incorporate the very thing they wish to imitate. It is time now to learn how to eliminate the unnecessary need to perfect perfection. To provide soul healing. To be the very thing we wish to become - effortlessly and wholesomely. It's time. Then HIS loves will inspire our hearts to sprout, our faith to bloom, our spirit to fly and our oneness to swim eternally within and through each and everyone of us. And so it is.

how it began (abstract)

my life is so intricately woven lovingly to put everything in its perfect place, for my growth and benefit always. the fog has lifted and the radiant glow of a brand new day in connection to the oneness of the universe where i am the master manifestor of my world. and by loving one, i love the many. and by loving the many, i love one. ONE. everyone is a reflection of me. i am a reflection of everyone. it's simple. it's complicated. it's north. it's south. it's the beauty of a world that makes perfect sense in the ultimate love. love that is eternal. that does not harm or hurt. only nurtures and guides. perfect. the sun will always shine somewhere, in some part of this planet. and i will shine with it, everyday of my life and then with it, as one, when i return to the source. there is no separation anymore. only whole. ONE. FOREVER. BLESSED. thanks for everything, even for the things i don't know or see, and for the many things that are yet to come. oh, it's a brand new day alright, and one that i have been waiting for my entire life. and the smiles are non-stop and the heart is overflowing. i thought it was good before. now, it's an understatement for sure. gushing over you. aww love, thanks for loving me. i feel so flattered and honored. serving you is my pleasure.

Tapping into your Source

Do you know where you come from? How do you answer a question like that? Is it your parents? Your hometown? Your birthplace? Or is it something deeper? What is your truth?

Recently, while meditating, I faced a lot of fears and defied the thought patterns that I thought defined me.  Old stories of past relationships, romantic and non, negative, self-defeating, pessimistic approaches about where to go seemed to continue to pop up. "These thoughts are not helping me progress. This is why I feel stagnant!" I had to figure out ways to simplify and clear out clutter in my head. Revisited many times what the problem was, and it dawned on me: I was either focusing on the past or on the future. I was either reliving and identifying with the unsuccessful, hurtful past or worrying and stressing out about a future that hasn't happened to the point where trying seemed futile. It was mentally, emotionally and spiritually draining!

Why was I doing that to myself? Old patterns are hard to break. Once we believe that we are one thing or the other, we tend to stick to it. Unfortunately, that only leads to frustration and creates separation, not only within yourself, but all around you as well. And nothing like that could be your ultimate Truth.

My solution: Focus on THE NOW. The "NOW" is a reoccurring concept in my blog and my philosophy.  It is simply reminding the chatter in my brain that judging others is not acceptable, because everyone is just like you and trying to figure out what to make of everything, where to go, and what to do with the tools given and to the best of our knowledge. We must also not worry about a future that will  happen no matter what we do or not do. We can, however, take one step at a time in the present moment to become better people. What's the best way of doing that? By remembering that you are LOVE. You come from Love. And the Universe is the Mother and Father of everything that we know, and everything that we are. A love, that, like the sun, is ever present and eternal (at least in the way that we understand the material world). I read an "ONLY LOVE IS REAL" bumper sticker right after my realization, and all I could do was nod and smile and understand that it was confirmation that I was on the right path.

So, I'll trust that, and keep expanding from that place of peace that I found in my heart.

Wishing for you to recognize the Divinity within yourself.

Many blessings,
Erika
